Meet Don Knight , Vice President & FM
Don Knight is the VP of Surgical Center Operations and Finances of Spindletop Pain Management Company, Inc., and assists with business development and growth for the company. He has more than 20 years of healthcare experience with primary focus on surgical centers. Don’s range of skills developed over the years include: initiating de novo / startup companies, entity formation, development and recruitment, taking public a healthcare enterprise with all financial reporting responsibilities, establishing accounting and operational policies and procedures, oversight of daily operational and financial tasks, and business entity mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Don received his Bachelor of Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University, and he is a Texas Certified Public Accountant. Prior to pursuing a career in healthcare, Don became a partner with a public accounting firm specializing in business planning and taxation. Don and his wife have 6 children, and they enjoy spending time together as a family being outdoors, catching movies, and celebrating new adventures together.
