Meet John Sistrunk, Senior VP of Operations
John Sistrunk is the Senior Vice President of Operations / Integrations executive of Spindletop Pain Management Company, Inc., Interventional Pain Management P.A. and Tricity Pain Associates, P.A. John is an accomplished healthcare industry executive with over 25 years’ of experience in building and managing PE-backed physician service organizations / physician practices. John has held a number of increasingly responsible roles in senior executive and general management with P&L responsibility of $440M and revenues $100M+ delivering contributions at all levels of the organization.
John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University. He currently possess several industry certifications, such as Certified Administrator Physician Practice Management (CAPPM), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and in progress his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is a Nominee for his board certification through ACMPE’s Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) credential, which is recognized as the standard in medical practice management demonstrating a high level of achievement and distinguishes John as a subject matter expert and role model. When John is not working he can be seen playing with Cooper his Labrador retriever, mountain biking, cycling, duck hunting, golfing and enjoying quality time with his wife and daughter.
